Life is just like a long journey!!!!!!

Had a getaway trip to HK last 2 wks due to some problem at work so just hoping to get out of SG to cheer myself up. Now i had decided and knew wat should i do next in order not to feel unhappy and upsad abt the matter happened.

It was really quite a long trip indeed as i had been staying there for a wk and weather there was weird too. Been raining cats and dogs sometimes the whole half a day non-matter day or night but suddenly turned sunny in the next few hrs.  

Anyway i’m glad that i got to met 6 of my frds during this trip and had nice chat and dinner with them. I think i would be back real soon but this time won’t be that long. Hahaha!!!

Note: For ppls who keep asking why i go HK so often, this my ANS => Coz I Love HK =) LOL!!! 

Went for my 2nd marathon run but 1st night run for year 2011 last sat (28th May). It was my 3rd 10km run so far. It was quite a nice weather but lead of wind so can really feel the air was very still. And also not much practise for this run coz had been away to HK for a wk and only managed to run 5km after back to SG before the actual race so think the result may not be that gd compared to the last race on RUN350.

Anyway luckily among all the races this is the most easier coz it was all the way straight road without getting up or down the hills but now then i knew that i’m afraid to run those u-turn route coz u know that u still have half way to go. Anyway let’s hope for the best for the next race on 23th July on Marina 21K.  

Is a “BOMB”??? NO…. Is a “PAGER”??? NO…. Is “ICE-CREAM TIME”. LOL!!!!

Went for my 1st marathon run for year 2011 last mth (17th April). It was my 2nd 10km run and i found it quite tough this time as the sun came out before 8am when i just about to cross the 5km distance. Luckily i managed to handle it and completed the run under the super hot sun. 

But this time round, i was happy that i don’t need to squeeze and overtake ppls thruout the whole run and it was going quite smoothly.

I’m happy that i had successfully completed the run at the time of 1 hr 1 mins and 22 sec. Surprising i got a better timing compared to my last run. Anyway i had  another run this coming mth end on the Sundown 2011 (28th May) so hope i can do better and it’s my 1st time running in a evening period. Will try to get more practise for this race. Anyway just pray hard for a cool and nice weather on that day.

Time flies, 1 year just passed so fast and here comes 2011. Just a short recaps for the past that had been happened in 2010.

Went to 2 places Tokyo and HK which was my favourite places, 1st time travelling alone in Tokyo even there’s 1 frd accompany me but we travelled around Tokyo alone most of the time due to individual needs. It was a great experience in a country where language is totally difference and lastly visited my all time favourite brand store “ANF” in Tokyo. Finally went to Macau and had a real look at the Ruins of St. Paul’s which i always hoping to visit. 

Beside the travelling part, it was also my 1st time running a 10km run during the SCM last 5th dec, it was a nice experience as i always hate to run so much and had problem running my 2.4km run during my IPPT but now i had trained myself on the endurance which i can managed for a 10km long distance run. Will be participate in the Sundown 2011 on 28th May and maybe more to come as my target this year for at least 2-3 races of 10km and hope to join the half marathon in the year end if i’m well prepare.

As for local places that i had been to, (1) Had a stay at the Marina Bay Sand hotel and an experience of the skypool. (2) Visiting of Universal Studio SG for twice. (3) 1st time experience on the Singapore flyer. (4) 1st time watching F1 race Live in SG.   

Nothing much change on the career part, just a same old job for 6yrs and coming to 7 yrs next year. Really hoping to change a new environment by this year or maybe a career switch this time. So just pray hard and hope there’s a way for me to do it.

Really well blessed this year as many frds wanted to celebrate my birthday for me but i just managed to attended 4 lunch/dinner in a continual of 4 days. Greatly appreciate with all the effort that they had done and also thks for all the greetings from all my frds around. Lastly, i always hope for a birthday cake during my birthday and nothing much i can think of but this year, my Dalou Kenneth and Don bought me a Ice-cream from Ben & Jerry’s after our dinner at OOTOYA. I’m truly touched at that moment. Thks guys =)

As for the year of 2011, wat would be my resolution this year. I’m still planning. Hee!!! Just hope for the best from now.

It was a Birthday Marathon for me this year as i had 1 lunch and 3 dinner appts day by day with my frds and cousin. Had lots of funs and nice foods and not forgetting the lovely birthday cake from my Dalou and Don. Great company with Joyce, Nicodemus and my cousin WC too. Greatly appreciated with all their effort and felt blessed this year on my birthday. Thks for all the blessing from all my frds thru FB, SMS and MSN and the presents i had received. Thks once again. Big HUGS to u all. 

Been to the Universal Studio Singapore for the 2nd time in a year. Not much excitement for me as before coz everythings seen to be the same. Went for the 2nd time as my frd Tim from HK pay his 1st visit to SG so just keep him accompany to our USS for a day trip. It was a sunny day during the visit and i’m glad it didn’t rain that day so Tim and I had a great time walking and taking pics all over the places.
